Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of six servers to the existing infrastructure. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in the contract, the project of which is an attachment to SWZ.
Delivery with the implementation of 6 servers to the working infrastructure
1. Ordering party, acting Pursuant to art. 17 of the Public Procurement Law, strives to obtain the highest quality of the contract, while taking into account environmental and social aspects. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract be in accordance with the requirements of:
1) the offered computer equipment must be produced in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent - to ensure compliance with the principles of environmental protection,
2) Service and warranty services must be carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent - to ensure repetition and high quality service process,
3) producer The offered equipment must have a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001 or equivalent standard,
4) the offered equipment must have a CE or equivalent declaration - to confirm the fulfillment of EU safety requirements,
5) in the event of hard drives, the media remain at the contracting authority,
6) Service services are to be carried out by the entity indicated by the manufacturer or his authorized partner.
7) The manufacturer or its authorized service partner will take over the guarantee obligations in the event of failure to comply with the entity performing the service.
