Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery, implementation and integration of a signature in digital form for the purposes of medical documentation generated in the HIS system operating at the Ordering Party, under which the Contractor will: a) provide and launch (delivery, installation, configuration) a system enabling the generation of signatures in digital form on previously created templates representing paper documents indicated by the Ordering Partyb) optionally, provide additional devices connected to the workstation or stand-alone devices enabling signatures b) grant an indefinite license for the implemented solution for optionally delivered devices and devices in the possession of the Ordering Party d) provide 12 months of authoring and service supervision over the software e) in the case of delivery of devices, provide a 36-month warranty for these devices f) integrate the implemented solution with the domain system owned by of the Ordering Party, i.e. the HIS AMMS system from ASSECO Poland.
