Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of leasing SD-WAN devices, implementation and maintenance of the SD-WAN system for Poczta Polska S.A. For the needs of WAN pp.
2. The subject of the contract in the basic extent are in particular:
2.1 Implementation works of the SD-WAN system including in particular:
a)Conducting pre-transmission analysis;
b) development of documentation, in particular the implementation project;
c) delivery, installation and configuration of SD-WAN devices, the central management and login system and the monitoring system;
d) workshops and presentations on the central systemManagement and login, monitoring system and SD-WAN devices for persons indicated by the Employer;
e) creating a warehouse slope in the locations specified in Annex 11 to the draft contract-warehouse slope;
f) other services described in the contract and OPZ;
2.2 leasing SD-WAG devicesUnder the terms set out in the contract and general leasing conditions, under which:
a) the Ordering Party for the provided SD-WAN is obliged to pay leasing fees based on the mode and principles set out in Annex 13a to the draft contract [mode and principles of calculating leasing fees];
b)The contractor is obliged to deliver and put into use, installation and configuration of unused, factory SD-WAN devices with the central management and login system, monitoring system and software licenses;
