Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Delivery, implementation and maintenance of software components for the Intelligent Services Platform (PUI) as part of the "e-Health KPO" project meeting the requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter "OPZ", constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ)
The order includes delivery, implementation and maintenance of the integration and orchestration system included in the Intelligent Services Platform (PUI) to support the analysis of imaging tests using Artificial Intelligence (SI) Models, as well as conducting on-the-job training and supporting users in the field possibilities of using the system;
1.1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) together with the annexes.
2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Designed provisions contracts.
