1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task: "Delivery, implementation and maintenance software for synoptics for the purposes of visualization of observations, measurements, results of numerical models and developing forecasts in the Swim environment for the needs of IMGW-PIB. "
2. The subject of the contract includes in particular:
1) Development and presentation to the Ordering Party of the Support System implementation project synoptic and the schedule of detailed implementation of the subject of the contract;
2) preparing and providing the Employer with pre -transmission analysis covering the analytical documentation and technical documentation of the synoptic support system;
3) delivery, installation, configuration and implementation in infrastructure Ordering Party of the Synoptic Support System consisting of:
a) 2 server pieces,
b) software,
including migration and integration of observation and model data available at the Employer with the system;
4) granting/providing a software license;
5) System tests and launching operating system;
6) providing the system of post -imaginable system;
7) conducting training for users and system administrators;
8) providing warranty and providing the system of technical support (maintenance) of the system.
