Description:
The subject of the contract is:
a) as part of the basic order-delivery and implementation of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) (hereinafter referred to as: "system") intended for financial and accounting service, adapted to the needs of the customerrecords of fixed assets, material management, human resource management and payroll service, as well as management of operational and renovation works (usable software) together with the provision of the maintenance services of the entire system after the completion,
b) as part of the orderOptions covered by the law - extending by an additional 36 months of the warranty period and the provision of maintenance service for the entire system.
Delivery, implementation and service of a new IT system ERPand implementation of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) (hereinafter referred to as: "system") intended for financial and accounting service adapted to the needs of the Employer, intended for financial and accounting, keeping records of fixed assets, material management, human resource managementand payroll service, as well as management of operational and renovation works (usable software) together with the provision of the maintenance service of the entire system after completion,
