- The subject of this order is the delivery, implementation and operation by the Contractor of a stationary Reading System, i.e. devices and software whose function is to collect, transmit and transfer data from Measuring Devices, i.e. measuring instruments measuring volumeflowing water, in particular water meters and flow meters in the Ordering Party's area of ββoperation, which is the area covered by the Ordering Party's activities in the field of collective water supply and collective sewage disposal. The area includes the following communes:
-Bydgoszcz (the entire commune area),
-Sicienko (streets: Atolowa, Dolna Waleniowa, Osowiec 72, Osowiec 73, Osowiec 74, forest settlement Osowa Gora no. 4, no. 5, no. 6, Bydgoska, Pagorek, Przy Karczmie, Wspolna, Zacisze),
-Osielsko ( streets: JeΕΊdziecka, Bielska, Rozmarynowa),
-BiaΕe BΕota (streets: Chopina, Paderewskiego, Εochowska).
As part of the orderThe Contractor will create, implement and operate a stationary reading system based on IoT (Internet of Things) technology, using communication techniques:
β’ long range in the licensed band, and
β’ other radio technologies in unlicensed bands,
in the Area of ββOperationOrdering Party.
