"Development of digital services in SPSK No. 1 named after Prof. S. Szyszko ŚUM in Katowice in order to accelerate the digital transformation of health care" - Investment D.1.1.2: "Accelerating transformation processes digital health care through further development of digital services in health care", in accordance with the description in Part III of the SWZ, the offer form constituting Annex No. 1, the detailed offer form constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ and the description of the required parameters constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and also with the contract template constituting part IV of the SWZ.
