As part of the subject of the order, the contracting authority distinguishes the basic order and optional order.
The subject of the basic contract is the purchase by the Ordering Party:
• Services of the implementation and configuration of the cloud environment of the analytical platform,
• Implementation training of the Employer personnel by12 months,
• service services and technical support and SLA for a period of min. 25 months
• Finops services for min. 25 months
• cloud loans enabling the use of the cloud environment of the analytical platform for a period of min. 25 months as neededOrdering Party.or support related to the termination of the contract.
The Ordering Party provides for the award of similar orders consisting in purchasing additional services in the form of service services, technical support, development or access to cloud loans for research projects in a situation if the levelInterest in the use of the platform by the Employer's staff exceeded the values assumed in this order.
