4.1. The subject of the fall is to show transport deserts in the field of delivery and care (during delivery) of non -firm students living in the municipality of Ryki to the wrapping squares listed in art. 2 para. 7 of the Act of December 14, 2016, wrapping law (vol. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 737). 4.2. The subject of the fall includes transport and care from the place of residence of students to the wrapping squares and the return from the abovementioned Placwek to the place of residence of students 4.3.
