Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of pulse/sensor sensor generators type SWKP IG20 1/604519/1400 (8 pins) to SA132 SA132, SA134 buses, whose type, description and delivery conditions are specified in Annex 2.1 (price form) and in Annex 4 (contract template) to SWZ.
2. The parts offered must:
- strictly meet the requirements specified in Annex 2.1 to SWZ,
- be original, factory -new, free from defects, meet the relevant quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish standards transferring European standards, as well as not burdened with laws third parties,
108 para. 1 of the PZP Act, with the proviso that in the proceedings the contractor is not subject to exclusion in the event of, o referred to in art. 108 para. 1 point 1 lit. h of the PZP Act, and in the case referred to in art. 1 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law, if the person referred to in this provision was convicted of the crime listed in art. h of the Public Procurement Law, in addition, they are not subject to exclusion in the circumstances referred to in:
5k of the Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding reducing measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws of U. L. of 2014, No. 229, p. 1, as amended; hereinafter
