- - Delivery of a panoramic radiograph with a CBCT attachment for the X-ray laboratory in Bytom at Plac Akademicki 17 - The delivery will be carried out at the location of Plac Akademicki 17, 41-902 Bytom, - The contractor will be obliged to perform the service with due care in accordance with the applicable legal order and the principles specified by the Ordering Party under the Quality Policy according to PN-EN ISO 9001:2009, ISO 27001 Security Policy, fire-technical safety, sanitary safety and environmental protection. -Detailed description of the item the order is included in - Appendix No. 2. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification, e.g. as a result of responses to the Contractors' inquiries. - Wherever the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, and such references were not accompanied by an expression or equivalent, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to that described in any such standard, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Reference System...
