Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices, including diagnostic ones, i.e. infusion pumps with accessories and AED defibrillators - supplementing the resources and infrastructure necessary to implement the tasks OLiOC - PART NO. 1: INFUSION PUMP WITH EQUIPMENT2. The order is carried out as part of the Program Implementation of the Civil Defense Civil Protection program for 2025/2026 in accordance with task II/E Medical devices, including diagnostic devices (e.g. mobile) or equipment for the evacuation of injured persons intended for medical entities3. The subject of the order is described in detail in the Appendix to the SWZ i.e. in the Detailed description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as the Description of required technical parameters or OWPT, which constitutes its integral part.4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, covering all items indicated in a given part of the subject of the order.5. Offers may be submitted in relation to to one or more or all parts of the order.6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.7. The ordering party allows the submission of offers equivalent.
