Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of infusion pumps, TCI/TIVA infusion pumps, cardiomonitors, defibrillators, treatment table for urological and gynecological procedures, refrigerators, treatment lamps, drawer medical stroller, electrically controlled hospital beds, bed beds therapy, drip racks, electronic blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, wheelchairs, mobile cardiomonitor and a shake with an incubator for platelets, divided into 13 parts. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019. PZP, (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) - Next, PZP, in an unlimited tender mode with an estimated value exceeding the EU thresholds (Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law) based on art. 138 para. 4 of the PZP Act.
The Employer informs that the order is co -financed by the European Union under the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increase Rest, Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the healthcare system", investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medicinal entities" - project entitled "Improving the availability and quality of medical services in the field of oncology in the provincial Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska ", project number: KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0113/24.
The contracting authority provides for the annulment of the in question proceedings in whole or in part in the event of the circumstances referred to in art. 257 point 1) of the Law orders public.
