- The subject of the contract is the supply of inhalation anesthesia agents along with the lease of vaporizers (PA02-0) for the needs of operating theaters SPSK-2.
1) The Ordering Party requires that inhalation anesthesia agents are medicinal products and are placed on the market in accordance with the Act of September 62001 - Pharmaceutical Law.
2) The Ordering Party requires that the vaporizers are medical devices and are admitted to trading within the meaning of the Act of 20.05.2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974).
