• Description:
• Delivery, installation and commissioning of 7 non-invasive deep temperature thermometers. 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of 7 thermometers for measuring non-invasive deep temperature, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". 2. The description of the subject of the order is included in the "Required parameters" form (Appendix 2 to SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as "FPW"), this form must be submitted together with the offer form (Appendix 1 to SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as "FO"). 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment constitutes a medical device - within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended, hereinafter referred to as: "UoWM"), placed on the market and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, when implementing the subject of the contract, act in accordance with the "do no serious harm" (DNSH) principle, specified in Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, including in particular: • ensured that the devices meet energy efficiency requirements, • ensured possession of the required environmental certificates, • ensured minimization of emissions and environmental impact, •collected and managed waste generated during delivery, installation or servicing in accordance with the waste management hierarchy (prevention, reuse, recycling, recovery, disposal), •transport and installation of devices were carried out in a way that minimized the impact on the environment. 5....
