Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the Access Control System integrated with the Work Time Registration System in the buildings of the District Court in Włocławek. The scope of the contract also includes the expansion of the fire alarm system control panel and the execution of construction worksto the extent necessary to perform the subject of the contract, as well as implementation and training in the use of the access control system. 2. During the performance of the contract, the contractor undertakes to: a) have a person who will act as a construction manager with qualifications in the installation specialtyin the field of networks, installations and electrical and power devices without restrictions, with a current entry on the list of members of the relevant Chamber, referred to in Art. 12 sec. 7 of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351, as amended), and the personperforming the function of construction works manager must meet the requirements set out in Art. 37 c of the Act of 23 July 2003 on the protection and care of monuments (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 840, as amended), i.e. has a building license specified in the provisions of the Construction Law and whichfor at least 18 months participated in construction works carried out on immovable monuments entered in the register or inventory of a museum being a cultural institution. b) Have one technical security employee with a valid entry on the list of qualified jobs...
