Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of catering equipment for a nursery and kindergarten classes in Postomino as part of the investment task entitled: Construction of a kindergarten and nursery in Postomino.3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No 1A to SWZ. The above attachment is also a means of evidence to confirm the compliance of the offered equipment with the description of the subject of the order. 3.3. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order at his own expense and risk to the nursery building and kindergarten classes in Postomino. at: Postomino 15E, 76-113 Postomino.3.4. The subject of the order includes transport, unloading of equipment, bringing it to individual rooms in the building, assembly and commissioning as well as securing the installation site, removing packaging and cleaning the rooms. 3.5. The Ordering Party allows delivery equipment in stages. 3.6. The Contractor is obliged to notify the Ordering Party about the delivery date at least 2 days in advance.
