1.The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of a ceiling-suspended X-ray machine together with a diagnostic station for the description of X-ray examinations and the adaptation of the X-ray laboratory to replace the apparatus for the needs of the Hospital Radiology Department performing tests commissioned by the Emergency Department inregarding the investment task entitled "Modernization of equipment for the Hospital Emergency Department and diagnostic laboratories cooperating with the Emergency Department (Radiology Department, Analytical Laboratory, Gastroenterology Laboratory) in the Multi-specialty SP ZOZ Hospital in Nowa Sol).
2.Description of the item orderedis specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. Together with the delivery of the device, the Ordering Party requires the adaptation of the premises to the extent described in Annex No. 1. The Ordering Party recommends carrying out a site visit to the place where the equipment is installed.
4.The ordering party requires the installation of an x-ray machine and its connectionsystem to the hospital network. Therefore, the Contractor is obliged to apply to TMS SOFT for integration
