Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of devices for decontamination of the emergency room rooms in the 105th Kresowy Military Hospital with the SP ZOZ outpatient clinic in Arach. As part of the order, the Contractor undertakes to deliver, install and commission the devices. for decontamination of emergency rooms, i.e.: 1) Direct-acting UV lamp 100, IP20 class 14 pcs., 2) Direct-acting UV lamp 60 IP20 class 2 pcs., 3) Direct-acting UV lamp 60 IP66 class 2 pcs., 4) Mobile direct-acting UV lamp with with a stand on wheels, 2 pcs. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ Assortment and price form, Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ Technical parameters form, in accordance with the rules set out in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
