The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment consisting in the performance of necessary works adaptations consisting in the modernization of the existing construction infrastructure of the Hospital for the delivery, installation and commissioning of medical equipment, medical equipment and non-medical equipment, as part of the task entitled "Modernization of the electrophysiology laboratory along with the purchase of equipment in the hospital University of Zielona Gora Sp. z o. o.." Adaptation works include the modernization of existing rooms, which are located on part of the ground floor and partly in the basement of the C-C1 building, and also include works on the external area adjacent to object.
The Contractor is obliged to obtain formal and legal documents and arrangements on behalf of the Ordering Party, and also to develop, if necessary, the required documentation to the extent necessary to perform adaptation works of existing premises, taking into account all applicable regulations, in particular Construction Law.
The Ordering Party will issue a power of attorney for the Contractor for the above purpose.
The area covering the scope of adjustment works constituting the Subject the orders are presented in graphic form in Annex No. 1 to the OPD (concept drawing) and in Annex No. 2 to the OPD (table of room finishing requirements).
