Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the equipment described in Appendix No. 1 (Part I) to the SWZ for the Independent Public Health Care Facility, Medical Clinic. Maria Orlikowska-Paczek in Starogard Gdaski, along with staff training in proper operation. 2. The order was divided into the following parts: 1) part I, delivery of an ultrasound device, 2) part II, delivery of a portable ultrasound device. 3. Detailed parameters of the equipment are specified in the appendices to the SWZ, respectively: part I - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ Detailed technical specification of the apparatus ultrasound, 4. The medical equipment will be delivered with the necessary software, user manual in Polish, warranty card, and technical passport. 5. The Ordering Party requires that the offered medical equipment covered by the subject of the order: 1) be brand new, not for exhibition, non-demonstrative, free from any defects and damage, without prior use and was not subject to third party rights; 2) was produced no earlier than 2025 and included the year of production, type and number with...
