Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a pneumatic post system on the premises of the Specialist Hospital. Ludwika Rydygiera w Krakowie Sp. z o. o. (os. Złotej Jesieni 1, 31-826 Krakow) incl
with adaptation of rooms in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No 1 (Description of the subject of the order) to this specification.
2. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected.
3. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party recommends that the Contractor make a preliminary site visit execution of works to obtain information that may be necessary to prepare an offer to conclude a contract and perform an order. The costs of the on-site inspection will be borne by the Contractor. Co-financing of the order under the Project: "Modernization and expansion of diagnostic facilities, combined treatment, pharmacotherapy and pharmaceutical care for oncological patients at the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital
in Krakow" co-financed by funds National Reconstruction Plan.
NOTE: The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure in the event of failure to allocate the funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance the order (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act).
