- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a pneumatic post system on the premises of the Specialist Hospital. Ludwika Rydygiera w Krakowie Sp. z o. o. (os. Złotej Jesieni 1, 31-826 Kraków) incl with adaptation of rooms as described and the requirements contained in Annex No. 1 (Description of the subject of the order) to this specification. 2. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected. 3. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party recommends that the Contractor conduct an initial local inspection of the work sites to obtain information that may be necessary to prepare an offer in order to conclude a contract and perform the order. The costs of the on-site inspection will be borne by the company Performer.
