The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment constitutes a medical device - within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended, hereinafter referred to as: "UoWM"), placed on the market and used on territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations.
