• Delivery, installation and configuration of multimedia devices Changes and clarification of the content of the SWZ and other procurement documents directly related to the procurement procedure will be made available on the website: https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/1284521 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and configuration of multimedia devices in the teaching rooms of the Medical University of Gdańsk. 2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex 3 to SWZ. The purchase is carried out under the project entitled "Modernization and additional equipment of the facilities of the Medical University of Gdańsk in connection with the increase in admission limits for studies" under the National Reconstruction Plan 83-00001 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment covered by the subject of the order: a) was brand new, free from any defects and damage, without previous use and was not subject to third party rights, b) was produced after January 1, 2025, c) met all standards set for such goods by Polish law, d) had a CE declaration of conformity or a CE certificate confirming that the delivered products meet certain standards or technical specifications. The Ordering Party accepts an equivalent document issued by an entity based in another member state of the European Economic Area. 4.
