Description:
The order is a supply within the meaning of the definition of the Public Procurement Law, including purchase, delivery, installation, implementation of the PACS archiving system along with the necessary infrastructure for the needs of the Multi-specialized Provincial Hospital in Gorzów Wlkp. Sp. z o. o., at ul. Dekerta 1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the TECHNICAL FORM and in the DRAFT AGREEMENT - constituting annexes to the SWZ. The limit requirements listed in the Annexes are considered necessary to be met, failure to meet them will result in rejection of the offer.
