Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and launch of 3 ultrasounds, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". Together with the ultrasound designer, it applies to task No. 2, the contractor will also provide digital catheters. The quantities of catheters given in the unit price form are indicative andThe contracting authority has the right to order them smaller amounts, except that not less than 80% of the value of the contract for digital catheters.
2. The description of the subject of the contract was included in the form "Parameters required" (Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "FPW") and in the unit price form (Annex 2.1 to SWZ, calledNext also as "fj"), these forms should be absolutely submitted with the offer form (Annex 1 to SWZ, hereinafter also called "FO").hereinafter referred to as "equipment".
