- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and launch of a set of devices under Nomaten Core intended for nuclear corrosion tests in conditions simulating the working conditions of PWr.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract consists of the subject guaranteed by the Ordering PartyOrders (basic order) and from the order covered by the options (optional order). The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the right of options.funds for this purpose. If the contracting authority fails to take advantage of the Optionor's right, no claims shall be entitled to. The condition for launching the right of the option is a declaration of will of the contracting authority to perform the contract under the option of options and place a separate orderexcept for the basic order. The contracting authority may submit an order under the scope of the Optional Order at the latest within 2 (two) months from the date of conclusion of the contract for the implementation of the basic order. The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the right of options in incompletescope.
2.1. The subject of the basic contract includes:
a) recirculation loop
b) autoclave with a strength machine intended for mechanical tests
c) a device controlling a decrease in potential at permanent current (Direct Current Potential Drop (DCPD) Controller)
