• Description:
• Delivery and implementation of extension modules for HIS software The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of extension modules for HIS-class software as part of the implementation of a project financed from KPO funds entitled “Increase in maturity level digital SPZOZ in Wieluń". A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 12 to the SWZ. Information on the principles of delivery, warranty and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - contract template. The Ordering Party reserves the right appropriate modification of the contract template in the event that one contractor is awarded a public contract for more than one task in this procedure. The order will be financed from external funds under investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" (recruitment number: KPOD.07.03-IP.10-001/25) of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The contractor is obliged to implement orders in compliance with the principles of environmental protection and sustainable development, in accordance with the DNSH principle. In particular, the contractor will ensure: • that transport, packaging and delivery methods reduce the emission of pollutants and waste, • that the supplied equipment meets environmental requirements (including RoHS, REACH, energy efficiency), • that the waste generated will be managed in accordance with waste and WEEE regulations.
