Numbering in accordance with SWZ:
3.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of server infrastructure with the software, which consists of:
a) 24 servers with licenses;
b) 2 pcs.The implementation of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract (PPU) together with attachments. Information on the minimum technical parameters of the ordered device contains a detailed description of the subject of the contract, is Annex 1 to the PPU.
3.3.He reserves the right to carry out the test procedure if the software licenses offered by the Contractor will raise doubts. The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the functionality, efficiency and compatibility of the offered software in terms of possession bysoftware of all features and functionalities specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (constituting Annex 1 to PPU). The Contractor will provide technical assistance to the Ordering Party or the entity indicated by the Employer in order to implement the software in your ownThe Ordering Party of the environment within 3 business days from the date of receipt from the Ordering Party of the call to provide the test version of the proposed software to the headquarters of the Ordering Party and its installation on the resources of the Employer.
