- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, configuration and maintenance of the research platform for work on artificial intelligence, divided into two parts:
Part 1: Server equipment, according to the following list:
1) integrated wardrobe for AI calculations equipped with calculation servers with At least 8 GPU cards each- 2 pcs.
2) CPU calculation server- 6 pcs.
3) CTRL/user service server- 6 pcs.
4) Data storage system AI- 1 pc.
5) Server wardrobe for solutions from points 2-4 with RHDX exchanger- 1 item
6) Central server management software - 1 item
Part No. 2: network equipment, according to the following combination:
7) Ethernet switch for calculations AI- 4 pcs.
8) Ethernet Border-Leaf switch- 2 pcs.
9) Ethernet switch MGMT- 3 pcs.
2. The order of the contract includes:
1) delivery to the factory ordering new equipment;
2) granting by the Contractor guarantees for equipment and ensuring within the framework of the warranty service and technical support for the equipment supplied for a period of 60 months;
3) providing the documentation by the Contractor at the stage of delivery of equipment to the Employer's headquarters;
4) installation and start of the supplied equipment at the headquarters of the Ordering Party.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: SOPZ) is included in Annex 1 to SWZ (common for two parts) and in the contract template, the template of which is Annex 7 to SWZ (hereinafter: the contract template or contract) - respectively for each of the two parts.
