- 1. The subject of the contract is:
1.1. The software is needed for the proper operation of the threat prevention platform;
1.2 Installation, start and configuration of the software supplied as part of the threat prevention platform, on the principles indicated in point VII OPZ, along with preparing and transferring as -built documentation to the Employer;
1.3 Providing technical support for the software provided as part of the threat prevention platform on the principles described in detail in point IX OPZ;
1.4. Establishing the provision of expert hours on order The Ordering Party, on the principles described in detail in point VIII OPZ.
2. The subject of the contract was described in detail in Chapter II SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
3. All requirements specified in chapter II SWZ - OPZ constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above The minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law, as inconsistent with the terms of the contract.
