Description:
The subject of the contract is:
Delivery with the installation of windows in the nutrition department building and in the building of technical workshops
The contracting authority does not allow partial offers.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 2B and 3 to SWZ.
3.3. Employer for the subject orders:
The Contractor undertakes to meet the subject of the contract as described
in SWZ, contract and in accordance with:
a) technical specification of the execution and acceptance of works constituting Annex 4 to SWZ
b) conditions arising from applicable technical regulations and construction law;
c) requirements resulting from the applicable Polish Standards, technical conditions for execution and acceptance of construction works and related regulations;
d) principles of reliable technical knowledge and established customs.
In the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor all finishing materials necessary for the implementation The task will be purchased on its own as part of the costs specified in this contract. The materials used by the contractor must be approved for use in construction within the meaning of the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725, as amended) and The Act of April 16, 2004. on construction products (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213, as amended) and accepted by the Ordering Party.
