Description:
1. The subject of the order is to provide the WORD in Łódź together with the Field Branches with an ICT system within the meaning of Art. 3 point 3 of the Act of February 17, 2005 on the computerization of the activities of entities carrying out public tasks (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023 r. item 57, as amended) for the purposes of conducting state driving license examinations. 2. The provided system must be integrated with the IT system supporting the central register of drivers, until the central register of drivers is launched with each the ICT system referred to in Art. 16a of the Act of January 5, 2011 on vehicle drivers (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1226, as amended) using the technical infrastructure at the Ordering Party's disposal, including implementation, installation, configuration and maintenance during the term of the contract and services specified in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. The technical infrastructure of the Ordering Party, based on the Contractor's recommendations, may be adapted to the minimum requirements technical.3.
