• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the Delivery of an Integrated Medical System for quick description of tests, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price Offer and Annex No. 4 - Technical and functional parameters. The item also includes perpetual licenses. 2. The subject of the order was divided into 2 packages: PACKAGE NO. 1 - Integrated Medical System for quick description of tests - LLM Module allowing to shorten the description time - for a period of 36 months (delivery, installation, configuration, implementation) - 36 szt.; PACKAGE NO. 2 - Integrated Medical System, integration with PUI [HL7 integration protocol license, DICOM] - (delivery, installation, configuration, implementation) - 1 pc. The subject of the order also includes warranty, support and license for the entire subject of the order. 3.The order also includes: 1)installation, configuration, implementation, 2) implementation period: 36 months including service support, counted from the date of signing the "Acceptance Protocol" by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party and the Contractor subject of the order", 3) warranty, support and license for the entire subject of the order. The system should be compatible and enable communication with systems owned by the Ordering Party. 4. The order is being implemented as part of the National Reconstruction Plan i Increasing Resilience - "Improving the level of cybersecurity, digitization of medical records and development of e-services and artificial intelligence solutions at the Katowice Oncology Center" as part of the investment...
