1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an integrated analysis kit volatile organic compounds, including gas chromatographer with detection using mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) and a flame-ointization detector (FID), with a headspace attachment and gas generators, controlled from an external PC set with software, along with its installation and its installation and training of the ordering person's personnel.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract was included in Annex 1 (OPZ) and Annex 7 to SWZ (planned provisions of the contract).
3. The applicant does not divide the order into parts and thus does not allow partial offers. Justification: The order is fully adapted to the needs of small and medium -sized enterprises
within the meaning of Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014. The purpose of the order is to ensure a comprehensive and compatible set for preparation and sample analysis environmental and organic.
