Description:
1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a brand new and free from legal and physical defects of the integrated system for simulation of processes digestive in vitro with equipment (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"). Further information as to the description of the equipment and the scope of delivery is provided w the rest of the advertisement (description (BT-24-Lot), with fully and comprehensive information in the indicated scope. The announcement is used to specify the following below, it should be understood: 1) PZP Act - Polish Act of 11.09.2019 - Law orders Public, 2) SWZ or procurement documents - drawn up for this procedure (and an open tender procedure), the contract document referred to in art. 133 and 134 of the Public Procurement Law with attachments, including Annex 2 (Technical and Zakresowo Delivery Description) and a model of the contract; 3) contract template - Designed provisions of the contract, the content of which is given by Annex 9 SWZ.
