• DELIVERY OF INTENSIVE SUPERVISION CENTRAL WITH CARDIOMONITORS FOR 12 POSITIONS carried out with the support of the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan entitled "Strengthening the diagnostic potential... 1.The subject of the order is the delivery of the control panel intensive cardiological supervision for monitoring patient's vital functions at 12 stations, with cardiomonitors - 6 stations monitored stationary and 6 stations monitored by telemetry 2.The subject of the order must: a) be brand new, year of production 2025, not ex-exhibition, not previously used for presentations, complete and after commissioning, ready to work as intended without the need to make any additional purchases and investments, safe for patients and staff medical, b) come from current series production, without introducing any changes or modifications to the device for the purposes of this order only, c) be introduced to the market of the Republic of Poland before the deadline for submitting offers in accordance with Polish law, d) have the production date visible on the housing, e) be manufactured in accordance with the essential requirements and safety standards specified for medical devices in the provisions of European Union law and in the provisions of Polish law, f)be compliant with the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices, g) meet the requirements of Polish law on the date of acceptance by the Ordering Party, h) have at least 24-month warranty, in accordance with the provisions of the contract template. 3.Equipment should be made of materials resistant to washing with cleaning and disinfecting agents - the operational parameters cannot change under the influence of such agents.
