Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 interactive monitor. 2. The Contractor undertakes to provide equipment that is brand new, of full value and manufactured in accordance with applicable norms and standards, covered by a minimum 24-month warranty period. Maximum warranty period for the delivered Equipment taken into account for the evaluation of offers is 48 months. The period of the warranty provided by the Contractor is one of the criteria for evaluating offers in the proceedings3. The Contractor will deliver the Equipment within 10 business days from the date of signing the Agreement.4. The Contractor declares that the Equipment offered on the day of signing the Protocol The Equipment must not be withdrawn from production or sale.5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the Equipment that is the subject of the contract to the building of the Marshal's Office in Lublin, ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin, on your own, at your own expense and risk, during working hours the Ordering Party's office, i.e. from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on working days.6. The warranty does not exclude or limit the Ordering Party's rights arising from the provisions of the law on warranty for defects.
