Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of interactive monitors, min. 65" with a mobile base along with assembly and short training in operation in accordance with the requirements set out in the SWZ.
2. The subject of the order must meet the technical, functional and operational requirements the same or higher than those describede in Appendix No. 1 A to SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract). The Contractor cannot offer assortments with inferior technical, qualitative, functional and utility parameters in relation to the parameters specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order. According to Art. 257 Pzp Zthe contracting authority may cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance the whole or part of the contract are not awarded to it.
