Description:
1. The subject of this public procurement procedure is:
1.1. delivery in 4 intraocular lens packages with simultaneous creation of a deposit warehouse for the needs of the Ophthalmological Department of the Provincial Hospital in Elbląg. Detailed description, requirements and the quantities were specified in Annexes No. 1 to No. 4 to the SWZ
1.2. establishment by the Contractor at the Ordering Party's registered office of a free deposit warehouse on the terms regulated by the deposit agreement (the template is attached as Annex No. 12 to the SWZ), constituting an integral part of the sales agreement, in within no longer than 8 business days.
1.3. required security - the amount of the deposit is presented in the list constituting Annex No. 13 to the SWZ.
