Description:
1. These proceedings are conducted in an open tender under the Act of 11.09.2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended) hereinafter referred to as the PZP Act and this specification of the contract terms, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ".
2. Estimated valueThe contract exceeds the amount specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued on the basis of art. 3 para. 2 of the PZP Act
3. The contracting authority provides for the use of the so -called inverted procedure referred to in art. 139 para. 1 of the PZP Act.
4. The contractor is obliged to process the orderOn the principles and conditions described in the template of the contract constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
