Description:
1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a brand new and free from legal and physical defects inverted microscope (for observation in bright field, phase contrast and fluorescence) along with equipment (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"). Further information about the description of the equipment i range Deliveries are provided later in the announcement (description (BT-24-Lot), with fully and comprehensive information in the indicated scope SWZ. 2. Whenever this announcement uses the term from among the following below should be understood as it should be understood: 1) PZP Act-Polish Act of 11.09.2019 r. - Public Procurement Law, 2) SWZ or procurement documents - drawn up for this procedure (and the procedure of unlimited tender), the contract document referred to in art. 133 and 134 of the Public Procurement Law with attachments, including Annex 2 (Technical and Zakresowy Delivery Description) and a model of the contract; 3) template of the contract - planned provisions of the contract for the contract, the content of which is given by Annex 9 SWZ.
