Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of IP phones for the needs of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin and its subordinate units.
2. The subject of the contract was divided into 2 parts (packages) and includes:
1) Package 1 - Delivery of IP phones Type A - in the quantity: 350 pcs as part of the basic order
and 290 pcs. As part of the order with the right of options (a total of 640 pcs).
2) Package 2 - Delivery of IP phone Type B - in the quantity: 8 pcs, IP phone starters Type B in quantity: 22 pcs.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in the order documents, in particular in Annexes No. 1.1 and 1.2 to SWZ - price forms (constituting a detailed description of the subject of the contract - respectively for package No. 1 and 2),
In Annex 6.1 to SWZ - contract template for package No. 1, and Annex 6.2 to SWZ - contract template for package No. 2.
4. The Ordering Party is entitled to use options rights (applies to package No. 1) on the terms
3 of the contract template, constituting Annex 6.1 to SWZ,
in particular:
1) the Employer may use or use the options described in part;
2) The order processed under the option is one -sided the entitlement of the Ordering Party, therefore the disagreement by the Employer from the right of the option does not constitute grounds for the Contractor to pursue any claims against the Employer;
