Description:
1 DeliveryIt covers new devices that meet all the minimum requirements specified in the connector 1.1. up to 1.3 to the framework agreement (depending on the part to which the offer applies). The number of ordered devices and licenses was specified in the offer form constituting Annex 1 to SWZ andin connector No. 1.1. up to 1.3 to the framework agreement (depending on the part to which the offer applies).
3. The contracting authority provides for the conclusion of a framework agreement with three contractors (in each part of the procedure), whose offers will prove to be the most favorable of all submitted offers in terms of evaluation criteriaoffers specified in chapter XIX SIWZ.
4. The contractor may submit an offer in one, two or three parts of the proceedings. It is required to submit an offer to the entire range specified in individual parts of the order.
5. Deadline for the framework agreement: 24 months from the date of its conclusion.The implementation of executive agreements under individual invitations will be indicated in the executive agreement and will be determined depending on the type and amount of equipment.
6. The contracting authority does not require the bid bond and securing the proper performance of the contract.
