The subject of the procedure is to collect offers for the supply of IT battery box housings for type 111A second class wagons in the amount of 99 pieces and 112A first class wagons in the number of 34 pieces, in accordance with documentation No. 112A-4024022000-1-00 We guarantee acceptance for 133 wagons, and orders for additional wagons at the turn of the next 5 years, they will be called from the framework agreement (314 wagons in total). Requirements: in accordance with the attached documentation No. 112A-4024022000-1-00 The offer should include the following items: 1. Net price and payment terms (30-day transfer),2. The implementation time of the first cabinet structures from the moment of assembly official order/signing of the contract - subsequent deliveries will be made in accordance with the previously agreed schedule, please confirm delivery dates for repeat orders, 3. Validity period of the offer,4. Warranty conditions for min. 48 months counted from the date of receipt of the wagons, 5. Conditions deliveries - required DAP acc. Incoterms 2020,6. Contact person,7. Declaration of compliance with requirements/guarantee of delivery of technical and quality documentation in accordance with the documentation. The offer should be accompanied by the following as attachments: 1. Current registration data for the contract (entry in CEIDG, current KRS in PDF), 2. Current business insurance (OC),3.
