Description: The subject of the order is the supply of IT equipment divided into tasks;
Task 1 - disk shelves with disks;
Task 2 - Computer monitor.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to SWZ pn. "Order description".
The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the principles and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 5 to SWZ.
The contracting authority divides the order into parts, i.e. the task. Thus, the Employer allows the submission of partial offers referred to in art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law, for each task separately. The Employer does not allow partial offers under individual tasks.
The contractor will bear all costs related to the preparation and submission of the offer.
The contracting authority informs that by virtue of decision No. 68/Minister of the Minister of National Defense of March 21, 2020, item 84):
1) A bandwidth system applies to LAW.
