Description:
I. 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and configuration of IT equipment and software in order to improve the cybersecurity of the IT resources owned by the Ordering Party as part of the implementation of the "Cybersecure Local Government" project in the Tarnowskie Gory District. 2. The scope of the order has been divided into 2 parts: Part 1 Procurement: Delivery of IT equipment and software Part 2 Procurement: Delivery of network security systems and software. 3.Additional CPV code: 72265000-0. II.1.The Parties allow for the possibility of changing the Agreement after preparing a necessity protocol, at maintaining the lump-sum nature of the price of the Agreement, by signing an annex to the Agreement, in the following cases: a) change of the deadline for the implementation of the subject of the Agreement due to reasons attributable to the Ordering Party, in particular regarding significant changes in the project schedule referred to in par. 1 section 1designed provisions of the contract aimed at ensuring proper implementation of the project, failure to prepare/hand over the place of implementation/delivery, suspension of implementation at the request of the Ordering Party. b) changes in the deadline for completing the subject of the Agreement due to changes to the agreement co-financing (FERC.02.02-CS-001/23/1854/FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23/2024 of June 18, 2024) or changes in the conditions for the implementation of the project referred to in par. 1 section 1designed provisions of the contract by the organizer of the Cybersafe Local Government grant competition. c) extension of the warranty period, incl s...
