- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of IT equipment for the needs of organizational units of individual hospitals of Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. in Gdańsk.
2. The subject of the order consists of 5 parts:
PART 1: Desktop computer
PART 2: MINI PC desktop computer
PART 3 TASK 1: Laptop computer Notebook type
PART 3 TASK 2: Docking station for a notebook computer
PART 4: All in One Desktop Computer
PART 5: 24' Monitor
3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order, description, assortment and quantities are included in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ). By completing the items indicated in this annex, the Contractor confirms that it meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
4. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the draft contracts - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
5. The offered items must be complete and of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects.
6. The offered items of the order must be admitted for trading and use in accordance with applicable law.
7.
